Fasten off, leaving a long tail to attach to the body and pull the yarn through the front loops of the last 6 sts.

Center the head on top of the body.

Attach the arms. Use the head as a guide to make sure they are even. Start at the top of the arm and connect it at a couple points in the middle and the bottom of the arm.

Attach the legs with the last stitches facing each other. Stuff with fiberfill when there’s just a small opening left. Then, I like to squish the legs and stitch them together so they’re a little closer together.

Glue or sew the details to his arms and legs. Cut out some gray felt like this:Pixlr_20150222111805603

Attach the top pieces to his arms and the bottom pieces to his legs like this:

Now you have an adorable personal healthcare companion 🙂

  1. Thanks for the wonderful pattern! It’s absolutely adorable.

Just wondering if the pattern for the head for r2 and R7 should read as follows instead:
    r2: inc, 5 sc, 2 inc, 5 sc, inc (18)
    r7: dec, 5 sc, 2 dec, 5 sc, dec (14)
